**IMPORTANT REMINDERS :
DO NOT ADD ANY NEWLINES (OR REMOVE LINES) IN THOSE FILES!
DO NOT CHANGE *.txt FILE NAMES!
DO NOT DELETE *.txt files nor info.nfo files!
5.1 \n represents in-game new line.
5.2 %d and %s and any other strange sequence of characters are places where game puts dynamic values (money you have etc). Refrain from changing them.
5.3 *.txt files can by edited with any UTF-8 aware notepad, yet I recommend Notepad++. Also you may need to install in Windows prior to Windows 7 a Japaneses language pack.
5.4 If you want to delete a text from game just leave empty Line in its place.
*Other Reminders :
1) Do not translate untranslatable words such as kanji words leave them as is and let those people who understands japanese well translate it.
2) Paraphrase or re-phrase as many sentences as possible because japanese sentences has a different structure than english.
3) Share your work and let other members see it for proof reading, do not decide things for yourself.
4) Refrain from making long sentences! make it short as possible.

For NOOBS :
1) MAKE A BACK UP COPY OF THE TOOLS!
2) From tpu: MHP3rd uses system fonts (build-in in PSP firmware ones).There is a bunch of tutorials for changing PSP system fonts around web, so basically you can have what ever characters-set you want inside MHP3rd!
3) On Windows prior to Windows 7 you need to install additional language packages for Japanese language.
4) Please use Notepad++ for *.txt files editing. Also never forget that *.txt files MUST be saved as 'UTF-8 without BOM' - in Notepad++ you can ensure that by clicking 'Encoding' menu and checking 'Encode in UTF-8 without BOM'! Windows Notepad always adds BOM header - as effect of it you will see 2 characters you never put in first string of *.txt file (ofcourse after it is embedded into the game).
